Why Register for Tickets?
One of the keys to a successful TEDx is an interesting, diverse audience. We’re looking for people from various backgrounds – the arts, technology, science, government, business, non-profits etc. that are passionate, open-minded “do’ers”.
Why is the audience curated? This is an often asked and very good question… you’ll find a great summary behind TED’s audience curation reasoning here. Like TED, our TEDxRaleigh speakers aren’t paid and the most important one reasons they attend is for the passionate audience. We hope our audience is as equally excited about the guests around them as they are about the speakers.
